We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are not spacious compared to other places. However, facilities are there.

Very good location and very nice bed. room is small but everything is perfect. There is a very nice roof top restaurant!! must try!

Located in the centre of the city. Hotel is new basically all new things is good and clean. Some dirts in the room. For service i only encounter security and front office. For front office nothing special just normal check in. On my second day security is VERY RUDE! Because the hotel is in a very busy street and basically surrounded by street and very limited open space only enough for a car to pass through, they have automatic assisted parking which is not so convenient if you need to return to the hotel n go out again. And it is hard to get a parking nearby. Its feels very troublesome to park your car n request your car if yoo need to go out again. Some higher car is much much more harder to get a parking and only can park outside the hotel. The security do not allow to park in the hotel area and very egoisly called out to park at the VIP area which is RM60/day. He did not even come out to understand the situation. And can hear from the walkie talkie both stuborn security is taking the easy way out to ask customer to park at VIP lot. Hotel management should look into how their security attitude which had make me mad the whole day due to encountering with these guys. I even take my initiative to park at the shop area which is really hard to get nearby parking and need to walk some dark street to get to the hotel because i do not want to trouble them to park n get my car. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS REALLY DESPERATE. Thumbs down for rude security.
